IMAGINE IF THIS HAPPENED ON YOUR WEDDING DAY!
"Imagine if This Happened on YOUR Wedding Day!"
Dear Friend,
As you are hopefully well aware, planning a wedding is a huge task. It can be fun, but also very stressful.
You may have heard from friends and relatives not to worry about what goes wrong on your special day because inevitably there will be the odd blunder.
But does that really fill you with the confidence you need and reduce your wedding stress?
Personally I haven't seen too many weddings where there are massive disasters (I've seen a couple, but not many), but I have heard of dozens of weddings where they just didn't go as well as they had hoped.
Remember: You only get 1 shot at this! (well at least I hope that is your plan!)
Any number of things can happen and they aren't necessarily major, but good planning can alleviate all the stress of worrying about what might go wrong and allow you to enjoy your special day. Here's a few examples of disappointing things that have happened at weddings...
I remember one wedding where the bride asked the camera men to film her walking into the church. So they filmed her from the doorway from behind. She wanted to be filmed from the front!
That same wedding they ordered some throw-away cameras about 1 month before the wedding, and they didn't arrive! They wanted to have these on the tables, and they ended up having to buy some from the shop for expensive prices at the last minute. Problem solved, but oh what stress!
A friend of my husband got married 2 years ago, and at his wedding he found after when looking at the wedding photos that he hadn't got 1 single photo with his mother. What a shame for him and for her.
And unfortunate it's so easy for any one of hundreds of minor things to crop up. How can you ensure that you have a perfect wedding day that you can enjoy and look back on with eternal happiness?
Thank goodness you've found The Master Wedding Planning Guide.
I've designed my cutting-edge Master Wedding Planning Guide with YOU in mind, so that you will get the wedding of your dreams, without the stress!...

WEDDING HAIRSTYLES TO MAKE HEADS TURN!
The first rule of choosing a hairstyle for your wedding is making sure that it complements your dress. It should not take all the attention away from your gown. Similarly, it should complement the formal quality of your dress. If your gown is casual, your hair should be as well. Modern dresses call for a sleek look. Princess dresses call for drama and decadence.
Your veil and/or your headpiece also plays a part in choosing your hairstyle. Remember, they have to attach easily. Most importantly, they have to stay on your head. Your hairstyle should not interfere with that. You also have to consider your hair type.
For instance, if your hair is straight and fine, then hairpieces which have wide toothed combs are not going to stay in well. You will need a fine toothed comb. Bobby pins are ideal for curly hair; they can make just about anything stick. Also, you should choose a style which will withstand the removal of your hairpiece without getting all messed up in the process.
Everything about a bride is supposed to shine on her wedding day - and that includes her hair. Straight hair is usually naturally glossy, but it also tends to be rather flyaway. Believe it or not, rubbing a dryer sheet over your hair can take care of this. So can anti static spray. Wavy or curly hair should be conditioned with a moisturizing cream rinse before hand. Shine serums are always a good idea as well.
Now, what do you do if you have short hair? Actually, you can do quite a lot. Shorter hair lends itself well to a variety of glamorous styles. Miniature barrettes can help a lot. So can simply tousling your hair, or using some chic headbands.
Longer hair is both easier and harder to style. It takes some work to get it looking right. Here, you have the option of classic looks, like the French twist. Buns and chignons are always quite chic as well.
You can never underestimate the power of accessories, whether they are barrettes or headbands. Of course, those are hardly the only accessories available. Pearled combs, lovely flower petals, delicate ribbons - all of these can add some elegance and class to your bridal style. The point is, it is really all up to you. What makes you feel beautiful? What complements your dress? You want to feel like a princess on your wedding day, so just make sure you choose what is, for you, the most royal hairstyle possible.

Hip,Cool Bridesmaid Dresses.
The first thing to do is forget about a floor length dress. The hippest bridesmaid dresses are knee length or even a bit shorter. (Yes, bridesmaids can wear mini dresses if they are not too mini, and they are done in good taste. Think on the beach, not in a cathedral.) Color is very important, as well. The most modern dresses are not done in the traditional pastels, but rather are in sophisticated striking colors such as deep purple, pewter, and navy.
It is the cut that sets a hip bridesmaid dress apart from the pack. Look for interesting, fresh-off-the-runway details. Good choices include one shoulder dresses, strapless, bubble hems, and deep sexy v-necks. These bridesmaid dresses will have unique designs, such as a combination of chiffon and satin, tiers, or a baby doll style.
Fabrics for updated bridesmaid dresses typically are flowing and fluid. You will definitely not find any petticoats! Popular choices include chiffon, charmeuse, and tissue taffeta. Stiff and formal fabrics do not work when you are going for a modern and updated look.
The right accessories will make all of the difference in the finished effect. To keep the bridesmaids looking hip and current, you will need to take care with their accessories. If you add a traditional strand of pearls to a deep-v dark aubergine dress, you will ruin the effect. When you are shopping for bridesmaid jewelry gifts, your mantra should be unique, stylish, and hip. The jewelry gifts that you give to each bridesmaid should be pieces that they will want to wear again, such as long crystal earrings and pendants. For the perfect finishing touches, think about strappy sandals, beaded or fabric clutches, and a wrap in case it gets chilly.
The bridesmaid dresses that you choose should naturally suit the general tone and style of your wedding. Hip and trendy dresses are ideal for weddings in places like urban lofts or outdoor locations. They would not suit wedding spots that are formal, traditional, or very conservative. Keep in mind that the dresses you choose should also suit your bridesmaids - all of your bridesmaids. If your friends are fairly young and trendy themselves, then these chic and updated styles will suit them to a "t". On the other hand, if your attendants are normally more country club than city chic, they might end up looking and feeling ridiculous in really cutting edge dresses.
Ultimately, the bridesmaid dresses that you choose are a reflection of your personal style and taste. If you gravitate towards what is cool and modern, then your bridesmaid dresses should also be hip and stylish. The right bridesmaid dresses will add a fresh and fashionable edge to your wedding party.
Laura is interested in wedding planning and wedding trends including jewelry, receptions and gifts. Gifts of bridesmaid jewelry are especially great when they are handcrafted just for your wedding.

Bridal Shower-A special to show how special she is
Bridal showers are a perfect way to show brides how special they are to their family and friends. There are so many great ideas to apply to make the bridal shower successful. Of course, this is the main goal of the hostess - making the event as perfect as possible. However, despite of the charming adornments and delightful meals present in the party, planning for it is not always as easy as you want it to be. As the hostess, you are responsible for so many things. Planning for this event definitely require patience and willingness to show, ''hey girl, you mean a lot to us.''
The first thing you need to consider when planning a bridal shower is the budget. This is the most important factor to lead you until ending. First, decide how much you are willing to spend. Traditionally, the bride has nothing to do with the expenses. A bridal shower is thrown as a gift to the bride-to-be, therefore it is very inappropriate to include her bank account in the line. The hostess, however, can ask for contribution from other friends.
After the budget has been decided, you will then need a theme for the party. There are several themes to think of, such as a lingerie theme, tropical theme, beach theme...etc. You must think of the bride when choosing a theme for her party. Consider the things she love; her interests and hobbies and her overall personality. After all the party is for her, so relating everything to her is definitely a good idea.
When choosing the shower decorations, pick those that suits the theme of the shower. It is always a smart idea to incorporate items that will easily tell what theme you would like to show to the guests. Aside from the decorations, the theme will also tell you what menu should be on the serving table, as well the time of the day.
Of course, the bridal shower will be incomplete without gifts. One thing that makes it a shower party is, different gifts will be showered to the bride-to-be. This has been an old tradition, and often these gifts include household wares, silly lingerie, marriage guiding books and other gifts that can help the bride prepare for her new life as wife.
During bridal showers, the gifts are not only for bride but for other people also. In fact, bridal showers are the perfect time where brides often give gifts to their bridesmaids. Popular bridesmaids gifts include personalized tote bags, engraved compact mirrors, jewelry pieces, and other things that the bridesmaids can use at wedding day. Lastly, the both the hostess and the bride would like to end the party by thanking all the guests. Giving out bridal shower favors is a great way to say thank you to all those who spend their time with the bride. There are so many great choices of favors available online, just pick those that, of course, suits the theme of your party. So basically, these are the things that usually bridal shower has, but above all, have fun when planning and choosing bridal shower accessories and supplies. Don't get stress over little things, plan ahead so that you'll have plenty of time to decide.
